All our products — including chudiya sets and kadas — are made by hand by skilled artisans. Slight asymmetry, minor surface textures, and colour gradations are inherent to the handcrafted process and add to the uniqueness of each piece. These are not defects and do not qualify for returns or replacements under our standard policy.
Chudiya and kada sizing can vary between individuals. We provide size guidance on each product page, but we strongly recommend measuring your wrist or hand span before ordering. Her's by Bakhoobi is not responsible for sizing issues arising from inaccurate measurements provided by the customer.
Our jewellery is crafted using metals, lacquer, thread, stones, and other materials that are commonly used in Indian traditional jewellery. If you have known skin sensitivities or metal allergies, please review the product materials listed on the product page before purchasing. Her's by Bakhoobi is not liable for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities arising from the use of our products.
